How does renewal work?
First payment opens immediately. Renewal invoices are emailed before the next period.
Are any of my generations saved on a server?
No. Silumin does not save your generated images or prompts on our servers. Generations are processed through our service and AI provider, then images are kept only in your browser for up to 24 hours so they can survive reloads. Clearing your site data or browser cache removes them, and prompts are not saved locally after reload unless you manually keep them elsewhere.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, typically within 48 hours of purchase and only for users with low usage. If your experience didn't meet your expectations, please contact support and we'll do our best to help.
Do you guys accept payment via card, Paypal, Google or Apple Pay?
We only accept payments in crypto at the moment, but plan to expand our accepted payment methods eventually*. Though, for now, we find that crypto protects our goal of user privacy more.
What IS X-Mode?
X-Mode allows users to generate, and view NSFW images. It also allows access to NSFW LoRAs. DO NOT USE X-MODE IF YOU'RE UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
